How to Prepare Neuherbs Raw Unroasted White Quinoa Seeds?

Quinoa can be prepared much like rice. Rinse it or soak before use to remove its bitter coating .Quinoa is prepared similarly to rice with the ratio of 1 cup quinoa to 2 cups water. Cover, simmer and cook for approximately 15 minutes or until the germ separates from the seed or until tender. For easier cooking, quinoa can be prepared in a rice cooker with the same ratio of 1 cup quinoa to 2 cups water.
